Payment of Monthly Rent. Payment of Monthly Rent. During the Term, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the Monthly Rent, in advance, without offset, deduction, prior notice, or demand, and subject to adjustment Pursuant to Paragraph 5.2, on or before the first day of each month during the Term. Monthly Rent for any period during the Term which is for less than one month shall be prorated based upon a thirty (30) day month. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the Monthly Rent due and payable for the first full calendar month of the Term upon execution of this Lease. If the Rent Commencement Date is not on the first day of a calendar month, then Tenant shall be credited with such excess payment which shall be applied to the Monthly Rent for the second month of the Term. All Monthly Rent payable hereunder shall be paid to Landlord, without deduction or offset, in lawful money of the United States of America which shall be legal tender at the time of payment at Landlord's address for notice or to such other person or at such other place as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing.
Payment of Monthly Rent. 4.1. (Monthly Rent) The Lessee must pay the Lessor in each month of the Term on the Monthly Payment Date the Monthly Rent which shall be the rent payable by the Lessee to the Lessor for the leasing by the Lessee of the Chattels. The payment of the Monthly Rent on or by the Monthly Payment Date in each month is an Essential Term of this Lease.
Payment of Monthly Rent. Monthly Rent for any portion of a month shall be prorated on a thirty (30) day month basis, based on the number of days in such a partial month that this Lease is in effect.
Payment of Monthly Rent. On or before the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, Concessionaire shall deliver to the Airport a correct accounting statement in the form prescribed by the County and signed by Concessionaire or Concessionaire’s responsible agent under penalty of perjury. Payment of Monthly Rent. Your first month’s rent is due on your move-in date. Your first month’s rent is prorated based on a 30 day month and rounded to the nearest dollar. For example: If your move-in date is December 6th--you would be charged for 25 days in December (the 31st day of any month is waived and February is counted as a 30-day month). Thereafter, your full monthly rental payment is due on the first day of the month. There are no daily or weekly rates. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, money order, or credit card. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Please note there is a 3% service charge added to all charge card payments.
