Payment of Vacation Upon Termination. An employee shall receive payment for all accrued, but unused, vacation upon termination of their employment with the County provided that the maximum payment for an employee hired on or after January 1, 2019 is 200 hours of vacation pay.

Payment of Vacation Upon Termination. Upon termination of employment, an employee (or the employee's estate in case of death) shall receive accrued vacation pay at their current rate of pay, except that any employee terminated before 365 days of continuous employment shall not receive any accrued vacation pay.
