Payment of Wages Upon Termination, Layoff or Resignation. (a) When an employee resigns, the Employer will pay all wages owing to the employee within 6 business days (exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from their last day of work, or the date that they provide actual notice of their resignation, whichever is later. (b) When an employee is laid off or their services are terminated, the Employer shall pay all wages owing to the employee within 48 hours, exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
