Common use of Payroll Error Clause in Contracts

Payroll Error. 367 10.1 A payroll error caused by the District resulting in insufficient payment to a unit member 368 shall be corrected and a supplemental check issued not later than five (5) working days 369 after the unit member provides notice to the Payroll Department. A payroll error caused 370 by the unit member, resulting in insufficient payment to the unit member, shall be 371 corrected in the next pay period.
