Common use of Payroll Error Clause in Contracts

Payroll Error. 426 10.1 A payroll error caused by the District resulting in insufficient payment to a unit member 427 shall be corrected and a supplemental check issued not later than five (5) working days 428 after the unit member provides notice to the Payroll Department. A payroll error caused 429 by the unit member, resulting in insufficient payment to the unit member, shall be 430 corrected in the next pay period.

Payroll Error. 426 380 10.1 A payroll error caused by the District resulting in insufficient payment to a unit member 427 381 shall be corrected and a supplemental check issued not later than five (5) working days 428 382 after the unit member provides notice to the Payroll Department.
