PAYROLL UPDATES. 13.1. All access to any payroll features, functionality, forms, and services requires a Sage Business Care plan with payroll. You must be on the most current version of the Program in order to have access to any Sage Business Care plans with payroll.

PAYROLL UPDATES. 15.1. All access to any payroll features, functionality, forms, and services requires a current Sage Business Care plan or SAN membership with payroll. You must be on the most current version of the Program in order to have access to any Sage Business Care plans with payroll.
PAYROLL UPDATES. 14.1. In order to have access to any payroll features, forms, and functionality, You must be on the most current version of the Program and Your license must include a payroll solution, which may be as part of a bundled product, part of Your Sage Business Care plan, or as part of Your subscription.

If You license a Program bundled with a Payroll solution, Your initial license will include one (1) year of payroll services and access to all payroll features, functionality, and forms within the Program. At the end of this term You will need to renew Your Payroll solution at the then current rate to continue to access the payroll features, functionality, and forms within the Program and to receive any future payroll updates.

If you have a current Subscription License You will also have access to payroll features and forms in the Program.

  • Updates “Updates” are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates may include: Centralized Contract changes and updates made in accordance with the previously approved pricing formula (e.g. discount from list price); adding new products or services within the established, previously approved pricing structure; lowering pricing of products or services already on Contract, deleting products or services available through the Centralized Contract, adding product or service that do not fall under the previously established price structure or discounts under the Contract, re-bundled products, and other updates not listed above that are deemed to be in the best interest of the State and do not result in a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates must be submitted to OGS for review, and must be accompanied by a justification of reasonableness of price if the change results in a change in pricing methodology. OGS will notify Contractor in writing if approved.

  • Automatic Updates If you choose to allow automatic app updates, your device will periodically check with Apple for updates and upgrades to the Apple Software and, if an update or upgrade is available, the update or upgrade will automatically download and install onto your device and, if applicable, your peripheral devices. You can turn off the automatic app updates altogether at any time by changing the automatic app updates settings found within Settings.

  • Payroll Period The payroll period will begin on Saturday at 12:00:01 a.m. and end fourteen calendar days later on Friday at 11:59:59 p.m.
