PEER ASISTANTS. 1. The teachers whose function it is to assist participating teachers shall be called Peer Assistants. The Joint Panel shall select out of the pool of applicants Peer Assistants who shall be released part-time and Subject Area Specialists who shall be released up to one period (.2 FTE) as needed.
