Penetration test. Test shall be conducted in accordance with paragraph A.16 (Appendix A) and meet the requirements therein.

Kineo conduct annual penetration tests as part of its security calendar. For Enterprise Platforms (e.g., Totara). Penetration tests are monitored and recorded by the Xxxxx XxxXxx team and have no impact on a production environment. The penetration test are designed to support Kineo ISO 27001:2013 certification and tests will only be undertaken in a customers production instance upon request and with prior written agreement. For security and confidential reasons, we do not divulge or share any information or penetration test results.
Penetration test. One finished cylinder shall be tested in accordance with paragraph A.16 (appendix A) and meet the requirements therein.
Penetration test. After the successful Installation, Implementation and Integration the Customer will carry out a Penetration test, within ten (10) Business days from the notification of the Supplier that the Work is ready to be tested. The performance of the Penetration test will be supplied by a third party at the Customer’s expense. Licensor shall conduct from time to time and before the Service Launch security diagnosis test of the system in general which will cover also diagnosis in relation to provision of Provider’s Data to Marketplace including but not limited to a penetration test. Upon request from Licensee Licensor will provide Licensee with such security diagnosis tests results. In case that any vulnerabilities are found during such security diagnosis tests, the Parties shall take all commercially reasonable steps to address any severe vulnerabilities found before the Service Launch, based on priorities agreed between the Parties.

Such tests shall be: (a) shall be carried out at least annually; (b) be carried out by independent third-party security professionals in smartsheet's selection and expense; and (c) result in the generation of a Penetration Test Report (Pen Test Report), which will be Smartsheet's Confidential Information.

As a multi- tenanted platform unauthorised penetration testing is limited to Kineo as part of its ISO 27001:2013. The penetration tests are conducted with one of two external security providers and are a central component in Kineo’s certification. For security and confidential reasons, Kineo does not divulge or share any information or penetration test results.
