Pension Committee. Although the terms of the Plan are clearly stated in this booklet, discussions may be advisable concerning:

(c) Past service credited to a member. For this purpose, a pension committee of four (4) [two (2) representing the members, two (2) the Company] shall be formed. If this committee is unable to resolve the matter under discussion they shall appoint a fifth person to bring about a decision.
