COMPENSATION: PAYMENT/COMPENSATION MANAGED CAREER SOLUTIONS, SPC. NORTH & SOUTH REGIONS July 1, 20201 – June 30, 20221 This is a cost reimbursement Contract between the County and the Subrecipient for up to $35,5000,000.00 for one (1) year beginning July 1, 20210 – June 30, 20212 ($12,8500,000 for North and $12,6500,000 for South) as set forth in Attachment A-32 Scope of Services attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The Subrecipient agrees to accept the specified compensation as set forth in this Contract as full remuneration for performing all services and furnishing all staffing and materials required, for any reasonably unforeseen difficulties which may arise or be encountered in the execution of the services until acceptance, for risks connected with the services, and for performance by the Subrecipient of all its duties and obligations hereunder. The County shall have no obligation to pay any sum in excess of the total Contract amount specified unless authorized by an amendment in accordance with Paragraphs C and P of the County’s General Terms and Conditions.

Related to PERFORMANCE Due Date

  • Performance Delay Time is of the essence in the Vendor’s performance of this Agreement. If at any time it appears to Vendor that it may not meet any of the performance schedules or the scheduled completion date of the services to be performed for any reason, including labor disputes, Vendor shall immediately by verbal means (to be confirmed in writing) notify Customer of the reasons for and the estimated duration of such delay. If requested by Customer, Vendor shall make every effort to avoid or minimize the delay to the maximum extent possible including the expenditure of premium time. Any additional cost caused by these requirements of Customer shall be borne by Vendor, unless the delay in performance arises out of causes beyond the control and without the fault or negligence of Vendor or its subcontractors within the meaning of the Cancellation- Default clause herein. The foregoing requirements are in addition to any of Customer’s other rights and remedies as may be provided by law or this Agreement.

  • PERFORMANCE PERIOD This Agreement shall be performed during the period which begins Oct 01 2020 and ends Sep 30 2022. All services under this Agreement must be rendered within this performance period, unless directly specified under a written change or extension provisioned under Article 14, which shall be fully executed by both parties to this Agreement.

  • Performance Pay In accordance with Section 8 of the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2020-2021, contingent upon the availability of funds and at the Agency Head’s discretion, each agency is authorized to grant merit pay increases based on the employee’s exemplary performance, as evidenced by a performance evaluation conducted pursuant to Rule 60L-35, Florida Administrative Code.

  • Performance Deficiency The Department or Customer may, in its sole discretion, notify the Contractor of the deficiency to be corrected, which correction must be made within a time-frame specified by the Department or Customer. The Contractor must provide the Department or Customer with a corrective action plan describing how the Contractor will address all issues of contract non-performance, unacceptable performance, and failure to meet the minimum performance levels, deliverable deficiencies, or contract non-compliance.

  • Performance Measurement The Uniform Guidance requires completion of OMB-approved standard information collection forms (the PPR). The form focuses on outcomes, as related to the Federal Award Performance Goals that awarding Federal agencies are required to detail in the Awards. Section 200.301 provides guidance to Federal agencies to measure performance in a way that will help the Federal awarding agency and other non-Federal entities to improve program outcomes.

  • Performance Schedule The Parties will perform their respective responsibilities in accordance with the Performance Schedule. By executing this Agreement, Customer authorizes Motorola to proceed with contract performance.

  • Performance Levels (a) The Performance Levels which apply to the performance by the respective Parties of their obligations under this Agreement are set out in Part 1 of Schedule 5. A failure by either Party to achieve the relevant Performance Level will not constitute a breach of this Agreement and the only consequences of such failure as between the Parties shall be the consequences set out in this Clause 5.6.

  • Performance Standard The Department’s Grant Manager will review the documentation to verify that the deliverables have been completed as described above. Upon review and written acceptance by the Department’s Grant Manager, the Grantee may proceed with payment request submittal. Payment Request Schedule: The Grantee may submit a payment request for cost reimbursement no more frequently than monthly.
