PERIOD OF MOU. This MOU is effective until otherwise rescinded or revoked by either party. Furthermore, the CDC will conduct an annual review of this MOU to ensure all support requirements are met. DRUG NEXUS: By executing this MOU, the supported LEA certifies that JCDTF personnel will only engage in projects or operations that have a drug nexus. PLANNED DEPLOYMENT OF PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT: Personnel: The Joint Counterdrug Task Force is not a LEA and JCDTF personnel are not law enforcement officers. Request for Support: As the JCDTF is not a LEA; any involvement of the JCDTF in support of a LEA must be in response to a request for support. Support Role: It is clearly understood by both parties to this agreement that JCDTF personnel are not sworn police officers and those personnel who are assigned to work with the LEA are assigned in a support role. Transfers of JCDTF Personnel: While the JCDTF will attempt to provide continuity by leaving JCDTF personnel in place, movement of JCDTF personnel is at the sole discretion of the CDC.
PERIOD OF MOU. This MOU shall be effective upon the date of final execution and will remain in force for a period of five years. This MOU may be renewed beyond five years by mutual written agreement. In addition, either Party may terminate this MOU by providing notice to the other Party in writing.
PERIOD OF MOU. 15.1 This MoU will commence on the date hereof and will remain in force for five years, unless the Programme is terminated or completed prior to this date.
15.2 This MoU shall be reviewed by both Parties after 2.5 years of its commencement.
PERIOD OF MOU. The Provider's work as specified in this MOU shall commence on and shall be completed on or before June 30, 20 .
PERIOD OF MOU. 3.1 This MoU becomes effective on signature by the required officials of BAS and NWO. It will run as an automatically renewed understanding for a period of 5 years, with an additional year added as an end date every year, in line with the funding arrangements for the Netherlands Polar Programme. Any need to terminate the arrangements would be by mutual acceptance. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, both Parties will be able to give two year's advance notice of termination to the other.
3.2 If BAS and NWO decide to terminate the MoU, a repatriation and clean-up plan will be made by NWO within 6 months after this decision was taken. This plan will ensure the collection and repatriation of any instruments or structures Dutch researchers have placed in Antarctica and the completion of any required environmental clean-up related to the NPP programme to start after the final field season. This allows current projects to finish their fieldwork. The work required for repatriation and environmental clean-up will be finished within the two following field seasons.
PERIOD OF MOU. 3.1 Unless terminated earlier, the duration of this MOU shall be for three(03) years, extendable further or similar period at the mutual convenience and agreement of CWC & .
3.2 Notwithstanding above, CWC or shall have the right to terminate this MOU by serving a prior notice of three(03) months to either party at any time during the currency of the MOU.
PERIOD OF MOU. 7.1. This MoU will come into effect from the date of signature and will be valid for a period of 2 years or until MoU termination, whichever comes first.
PERIOD OF MOU. The MOA will be effective upon the last date of signature by all parties and extend through 08/31/2022, or the project period (through 08/31/25), or with extensions each project period (09/01/22 – 08/31/23- 24-25).
PERIOD OF MOU. The MOU period will be August 1, 2017 to July 31, 2019, unless the agreement is amended in writing and approved by both parties. ISD and CCA/HS will collaborate to deliver services within the ISD district and within Tarrant County.
PERIOD OF MOU. The MOU period will be a one-year term, effective August 1, 2019 to May 31, 2020, renewable up to one additional year.
