Periodic Coordination Meetings and Reports. 26 The County and the Contractor shall hold periodic coordination meetings but no less than 27 one every three (3) months to review the progress of the work and to discuss operations, 28 problems and/or complaints made by third parties. Either the County or the Contractor may 29 organize, call and notify the other party of that meeting. Periodic Coordination Meetings and Reports. The County and the Contractor shall hold up to four coordination meetings each year in Port Xxxxxxxx, Washington to review the progress of the Project and to discuss operations, problems and/or complaints made by third parties. Any cost incurred by any Person to attend a coordination meeting shall be borne by that Person. Either the County or the Contractor may organize, call and notify the other party of that meeting. If requested by the County, the Contractor shall submit a report to the County no later than three days before that meeting regarding operations, problems, complaints or any other matter relating to or arising under the Contract.

  • Union Meetings The Employer recognizes the Union's interest in keeping its members informed and aware of its activities through regular union meetings. The Employer may approve the use of the agency facilities to hold union meetings. Union meetings, including general and/or committee(s) meetings, held on employer premises will not interfere with the operation of the Employer.

  • Reports/Meetings The Contractor shall develop reports and any other relevant documents necessary to complete the services and requirements as set forth in this Contract. The County’s Project Manager and the Contractor’s Project Manager will meet at a County designated location to discuss the Contractor’s performance and progress under this Contract, at the request of the County’s Project Manager. If requested by County, the Contractor’s Project Manager and other project personnel shall attend all meetings. The Contractor shall provide such information that is requested by the County for the purpose of monitoring progress under this Contract.
