Periodic Progress Meeting Sample Clauses

Periodic Progress Meeting. The County will meet quarterly with the Contractor to review the Contractor’s performance. At these meetings, the County will apprise the Contractor of how the County views the Contractor’s performance and the Contractor will apprise the County of problems, if any, being experienced. The Contractor will notify the County (in writing) of any work being performed that the Contractor considers over and above the requirements of the Contract. The Contractor will also present to the County in writing any matter concerning a change to the scope, prices, terms or conditions of the contract. Appropriate action will be taken to resolve outstanding issues.
