Permits and Entitlements. All of Seller’s right, title and interest in, to and under the following in Seller’s possession or control: (i) all permits, licenses, certificates of occupancy, approvals, authorizations and orders obtained from any governmental authority and relating to the Real Property or the business of owning, maintaining and/or managing the Real Property, including, without limitation, all land use entitlements, development rights, density allocations, certificates of occupancy, sewer hook-up rights and all other rights or approvals relating to or authorizing the ownership, operation, management and/or development of the Real Property; (ii) all preliminary, proposed and final drawings, renderings, blueprints, plans and specifications (including “as-built” plans and specifications), and tenant improvement plans and specifications for the Improvements (including “as-built” tenant improvement plans and specifications; and (iii) all maps and surveys for any portion of the Real Property; (iv) all items constituting the Seller’s Deliveries, and all changes, additions, substitutions and replacements for any of the foregoing, free and clear of any and all liens and claims (collectively the “Permits and Entitlements”).

Solely to the extent they are transferable, all of Seller's right, title and interest in, to and under: (i) all permits, licenses, certificates of occupancy, approvals, authorizations and orders obtained from any governmental authority and relating to the Real Property or the business of owning, maintaining and/or managing the Real Property, including, without limitation, all land use entitlements, development rights, density allocations, certificates of occupancy, sewer hook-up rights and all other rights or approvals relating to or authorizing the ownership, operation, management and/or development of the Real Property (including but not limited all such rights or approvals necessary and appropriate for the Permitted Use (as defined in the Lease)); (ii) all preliminary and final drawings, renderings, blueprints, plans and specifications (including "as-built" plans and specifications), and tenant improvement plans and specifications for the Improvements (including "as-built" tenant improvement plans and specifications); (iii) all maps and surveys for any portion of the Real Property; (iv) all items constituting the Seller's Deliveries; and (v) any and all other items of the same or similar nature pertaining to the Real Property, and all changes, additions, substitutions and replacements for any of the foregoing, free and clear of any and all liens, liabilities, encumbrances, exceptions and claims, but excluding therefrom the Excluded Property (collectively, the "Permits and Entitlements").

Contributor has obtained all state and local governmental permits, licenses, approvals and authorizations necessary to cultivate and process cannabis plant parts and resins into products and store the same for transport, and all such permits, licenses, approvals and authorizations are in full force and effect.

Seller has obtained, or as of the Closing will have obtained, all governmental permits, licenses, approvals and authorizations (including, but not limited to, the Permits and Entitlements) required for the ownership and maintenance of the Property, and all such permits, licenses, approvals and authorizations (including, but not limited to, the Permits and Entitlements) are in full force and effect, and, to the extent the same are material, are transferable to Buyer.

To the extent transferrable, all of Seller’s right, title and interest in, to and under: (i) all permits, licenses, certificates of occupancy, approvals, authorizations and orders obtained from any governmental authority and relating exclusively to the Real Property or the business of owning, maintaining and/or managing the Real Property, including, without limitation, all land use entitlements, development rights, density allocations, certificates of occupancy, sewer hook-up rights and all other rights or approvals relating exclusively to or authorizing the ownership, operation, management and/or development of the Real Property; (ii) all preliminary, proposed and final drawings, renderings, blueprints, plans and specifications (including “as-built” plans and specifications), and tenant improvement plans and specifications for the Improvements (including “as-built” tenant improvement plans and specifications); (iii) non-exclusive rights to all surveys for any portion of the Real Property (collectively the “Permits and Entitlements”).
Permits and Entitlements. Before commencement of the Project or other works of improvement upon the Site, the Developer shall, at its own expense, secure or cause to be secured any and all permits, entitlements or approvals which may be required by the City in accordance with its Municipal Code and land use entitlement process and by any other governmental entity with jurisdiction over the Site and/or the Project in accordance with applicable Governmental Regulations. Such expenses shall be deemed Project Costs. The Authority shall reasonably cooperate and assist Xxxxxxxxx's efforts to comply with this Section 5.2, provided, however that the execution of this Agreement does not constitute the granting of or a commitment to obtain any required land use entitlements or approvals required by the Authority or the City.
Permits and Entitlements. Volunteer shall be responsible for obtaining any and all necessary governmental permits, entitlements or consents necessary for the activities being engaged in by Volunteer on the Subject Property as part of the Volunteer Project. As the lessee of the Subject Property, County hereby gives its consent to such application for building permits on the Subject Property.
Permits and Entitlements. Buyer acknowledges that Seller has no responsibility for obtaining any permits, approvals, zoning clearance certificates or other authorizations or entitlements required by any federal, state or local government for Buyer's use of the Property.
