Personal Illness and Injury Leave (Sick Leave. 1. Every employee in paid status is entitled to one day of sick leave per month. Pay for any day of such absence shall be the same as the pay which would have been received had the employee served during the day. The unused sick leave shall accrue from year to year of employment. 2. Combined position of Noon Duty/Crossing Guard, refer to Article XXV. 3. Regular school term or ten (10) month classified employees working breaks, refer to Article XXV.
