All leave earned under PLP 2010 must be used prior to June 30, 2020 pay period through the June 2021 pay period2013. PLP 2020 2010 shall have no cash value and may not be cashed out except upon separation from employmentout. Employees have until June 30, 2013 to use all PLP 2010 time. Any unused PLP 2010 time shall be void after June 30, 2013.
