Personal Leaves of Absence. 11.02.01 When the requirements of the Company permit, an employee upon written request through the employee’s immediate Team Manager may be granted a voluntary leave of absence without pay. Requests for leaves of absence will not be refused unreasonably. The Company shall discuss the reason for approving or declining the leave of absence with the union prior to informing the employee.
