Common use of Personal Medical Leaves Clause in Contracts

Personal Medical Leaves. The Employer will grant an employee a leave of absence for a medical condition verified by a physician in conformance with state, federal and local laws. The maximum leave shall be one year.

The Employer will grant an employee a leave of absence for a personal medical condition verified by a physician conditions and work-related medical conditions in conformance with state, federal and local lawslaws and in accordance with the Employee Handbook. The maximum leave shall be one yearsix (6) months but may be extended by mutual agreement between the Hospital and the employee.
