Special Requests Additional Services will be considered by request and billed separately: -Waxing -Shampooing of rugs and carpets -Additional Cleaning of areas or additional cleaning services not quoted in the Master Agreement’s Schedule, Building Areas and Janitorial Standards, and/or “Scope of Work” per agency.
Notification of Legal Requests Contractor shall immediately notify City upon receipt of any subpoenas, service of process, litigation holds, discovery requests and other legal requests (“Legal Requests”) related to all data given to Contractor by City in the performance of this Agreement (“City Data” or “Data”), or which in any way might reasonably require access to City’s Data, and in no event later than 24 hours after it receives the request. Contractor shall not respond to Legal Requests related to City without first notifying City other than to notify the requestor that the information sought is potentially covered under a non-disclosure agreement. Contractor shall retain and preserve City Data in accordance with the City’s instruction and requests, including, without limitation, any retention schedules and/or litigation hold orders provided by the City to Contractor, independent of where the City Data is stored.
Telephone Requests You agree (for joint accounts, all joint owners agree jointly and severally) that funds in any of your accounts with us can be transferred upon the telephone request of any signer on the account. We may refuse to execute any telephone request or order. Telephone requests will not be accepted for Multiple Signatures Required Accounts. Information About Your Accounts and About You. Generally, we will not disclose information to third parties about your accounts or about you without your permission. However, we may disclose information: (1) when it is necessary to complete transfers or transactions, or to send notice of dishonor or nonpayment; (2) to our accountants, attorneys or other professional advisors; (3) to Credit Union or financial institution regulators; (4) to exchange, in the regular course of business, credit information with other financial institutions or commercial enterprises, directly or through credit reporting agencies; (5) to advise third parties of accounts closed for misuse; (6) to furnish information to the appropriate law enforcement authorities when we believe we have been a victim of a crime; (7) to comply with government agency or court orders, or to furnish any information required by statute; (8) to furnish information about the existence of an account to a judgment creditor of yours who has made a written request for such information if the court rendering the judgment has jurisdiction over the Credit Union and could issue a garnishment that would be binding on the Credit Union; (9) when we are attempting to collect an obligation owed to us; or (10) as required by law. In addition, you understand and agree that we may, from time to time, request and review credit reports and other information about you prepared by consumer reporting agencies or others.
Access Requests (a) Each party agrees to reasonably cooperate with the other in connection with requests to access or amend Personal Data.
Applicable Law; Disputes This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to the conflict of law provisions thereof, and the parties hereto irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, or, if jurisdiction in such court is lacking, the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County, in respect of any dispute or matter arising out of or connected with this Agreement.
Additional Request Requirements In addition to the requirements of Subparagraph 22A, the request for a WA must provide:
Notices; Remedial Actions Borrower will promptly give Lender written notice of: (i) any investigation, claim, demand, lawsuit, or other action by any governmental or regulatory agency or private party involving the Property and any Hazardous Substance or Environmental Law of which Borrower has actual knowledge; (ii) any Environmental Condition, including but not limited to, any spilling, leaking, discharge, release, or threat of release of any Hazardous Substance; and (iii) any condition caused by the presence, use, or release of a Hazardous Substance that adversely affects the value of the Property. If Xxxxxxxx learns, or is notified by any governmental or regulatory authority or any private party, that any removal or other remediation of any Hazardous Substance affecting the Property is necessary, Borrower will promptly take all necessary remedial actions in accordance with Environmental Law. Nothing in this Security Instrument will create any obligation on Lender for an Environmental Cleanup.
Governmental Action Governmental Action means the destruction, confiscation or seizure of property described in Coverage A, B or C by order of any governmental or public authority. This exclusion does not apply to such acts ordered by any governmental or public authority that are taken at the time of a fire to prevent its spread, if the loss caused by fire would be covered under this policy.
Additional Requirements from Authorized Users An Authorized User may have distinct requirements that must be met by all individuals employed by or working for the Authorized User. The Contractor’s Staff Members will be expected to comply with these requirements as a condition of the placement.
Environmental Requirements C7.1 The Contractor shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the Authority’s environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.
