Common use of PERSONAL TIME BANK Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL TIME BANK. Some SHARE employees have personal time in their Personal time bank that was earned years ago at Memorial. This personal time may be used for scheduled vacations, it may be cashed out, or it may be converted to sick time for use during an extended illness (see above). Cashing out personal time will not count toward the limit of two weeks per year for cash out of earned/vacation time.
