Common use of PERSONNEL RULES Clause in Contracts

PERSONNEL RULES. MainePERS may adopt or change personnel rules during the term of this Agreement but such adopted or changed rules shall not be inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. Whenever such personnel rules are adopted or changed, they shall be posted for seven (7) days before they are to become effective, and a copy shall be forwarded to MSEA simultaneously with the posting. Upon request by MSEA, MainePERS will meet and consult with MSEA regarding the posted rules.
