Pet Behavior. I agree to be solely financially responsible for any and all acts or behavior of my pet while in the care of Waggin Tails Pet Services, WHICH MAY INCLUDE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES FOR THE INJURY CAUSED BY MY PET TO OTHER ANIMALS, HUMANS, AND/OR WAGGIN TAILS PET SERVICES. IN ADDITION, I AGREE THAT IF MY PET IS INJURED BY ANOTHER PET, I HEREBY RELEASE WAGGIN TAILS PET SERVICES, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ALL LIABILTY AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH INJURY. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT IF MY PET BITES A HUMAN OR PET, THAT WAGGIN TAILS PET SERVICES MAY CONTACT THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES.
Pet Behavior a. Owner agrees that if pet becomes aggressive, destructive or disruptive, or acts in any manner that puts Boarding Facility and our representatives and employees in any danger, we will attempt to notify you or your Emergency Contactto make other arrangements for your pet. In the event that you or your Emergency Contact are unavailable, Boarding Facility at its sole discretion, may make other arrangements at an alternative boarding facility chosen by Boarding Facility. You will be billed and responsible for any fees incurred at both Boarding Facility and the alternative pet boarding facility. Owner acknowledges that pets that are kenneled together are from the same household. Owner assumes all responsibility for any aggressive behavior, fighting or injury that one pet may inflict upon another while they are together. Boarding Facility reserves the right to separate any pets who are boarding together at our discretion for the pets’ own safety. If your pets are not compatible boarding in the same kennel unit, you will be billed and responsible for the cost of more than one kennel.
Pet Behavior. HOP reserves the right to refuse to accept a Pet that is overly aggressive, that could jeopardize that safety of other Pets or our staff. HOP makes every attempt to accommodate all Pet personalities and temperaments. The more we know about your Pet’s temperament/behavior, the better we can make their stay comfortable and safe. PLEASE XXXX ALL THAT APPLIES TO YOUR PET AND GIVE A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PASTS INCEDENTS: __ Dog/Cat Aggressive __Human Aggressive __Cage Aggressive __Leash Aggressive __Groom Resistant ________________________________________________________________________________________________ You acknowledge that we may contact appropriate authorities in the event your Pet bites another Pet or any person. HOP reserves the right to impose a $10-$25 Handling Fee for Pets requiring additional care due to behavioral issues.
Pet Behavior. Owner acknowledges that pet behavior can be unpredictable and that their Pet(s) may behave differently at The Paw then in their own home environment. Owner accepts full responsibility for their Pet(s)’s behavior while at The Paw. If Owner’s Pet becomes aggressive or otherwise exhibits unacceptable behavior, they may be separated from other dogs and The Paw may prohibit them from returning to The Paw. Owner understands that The Paw reserves the right to limit daycare, exercise services and social activity. Owner agrees to timely pick up their Pet(s) in the event The Paw determines that their Pet(s)’s behavior is not acceptable.

I accept the responsibility for paying for any damage to the Lake Xxxxxx Pet Resort facility, property, and/or equipment caused by my Pet. IN ADDITION, I AGREE THAT IF MY PET IS INJURED BY another pet, I hereby release Lake Xxxxxx Pet Resort, its owners, employees, and agents from all liability and financial responsibility for such injury. I further understand that if my Pet bites a human or pet, Lake Xxxxxx Pet Resort may contact the appropriate authorities.
Pet Behavior. All pets are required to have a pre-screen meet and greet with The Winston prior to scheduled reservation. No dog may be admitted that shows any signs of aggression. The Winston reserves the right to refuse or deny any services for any reason at any time.
