OUR STAFF. The Company will not tolerate any abusive behaviour exhibited by users of the Service to the Company's or its subcontractor's employees. In the event that the Company, in its sole discretion, deems that your behaviour, via telephone, email or otherwise, has been abusive or derogatory the Company shall have the right to block or terminate the User Agreement.
OUR STAFF. 3.1 We will exercise reasonable care and skill to meet your individual needs as set out in the Care and Support Plan and to provide suitably trained, sufficiently skilled, experienced and competent Care & Support Workers to provide the Service.
