Photographer. The Photographer may substitute another photographer to take the photographs in the event of Photographer’s illness or scheduling conflicts. In the event of such substitution, Photographer warrants that the photographer taking the photographs shall be a competent professional.
Photographer. The Photographer reserves the right to substitute with another photographer. The substitute photographer is chosen at the discretion of the Photographer and does not constitute a breach of this agreement. The Photographer warrants the substitute photographer to be of comparable quality and professionalism.
Photographer. Each of the designated Photographers shall be responsible to be available to take photographs in any criminal matter or any matter that is required under the law. In the event no Photographer is on duty, then in that case, a Photographer shall be called and be compensated at a rate of time and one-half (1½) times his salary not to exceed one (1) hour.

Photographer. FER XXXXXX PHOTOGRAPHY shall assign a photographer from its staff exclusively for Client’s Event. If necessary, assistants to such photographer shall attend the Event. FER XXXXXX PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to change any initial assignment and substitute another staff photographer at any time due to illness. Due to the length of time required to shoot the Event, Client agrees to provide the photographer and any assistants with a meal during the Event.

Under general direction of the Photographic Laboratory Unit Head, to carry out duties such as the following: To assume supervisory responsibility for one or more of the fields of photographic specialization such as camera work, darkroom work, graphic arts camera work or audio-visual work. To perform varied and complex duties in the field of specialization at a level significantly higher than that required of a Technical Officer 3. To perform any of the duties normally required of a Photographer in any of the fields of specialization. To develop procedures and techniques and be responsible for results. To train and supervise junior staff. To deal directly with individuals requesting photographic services. To provide technical advice in the field(s) of specialization. To keep informed of and use, where appropriate, new processes and equipment in the field(s) of specialization. To recommend acquisition of new equipment and materials. To maintain equipment in operating condition. To maintain inventory of materials. To photograph radioactive material. To act in the absence of the Photographic Laboratory Unit Head. To perform other related duties.
