Common use of Physical Assault on an Employee Clause in Contracts

Physical Assault on an Employee. An employee shall promptly report to his/her building principal, or other person designated by the Superintendent, any case of physical assault on such employee while performing his/her assigned duties. If the States Attorney decides to prosecute said person, the employee shall be released from his/her assigned duties while testifying without loss of salary or benefits.
