PILOTS, PRESENTATIONS AND WORKSHOPS. 1. Pilot and Spinoff Payments In connection with the pilot or spinoff episodes for network prime time: Dramatic, Variety, Quiz and Game, and programs of the genre of "Battle Of the Network Stars" and programs of the genre of "People," provided that such program(s) is not covered by another collective bargaining agreement between the Company and the Guild. With regard to the aforementioned program categories, the Director will be paid not less than two hundred eighty-five percent (285%) of the applicable one-half (½) hour program fee (included days - two hundred percent (200%) of the applicable included days); two hundred twenty percent (220%) of the applicable one-hour program fee (included days - one hundred sixty-five percent (165%) of the applicable included days); one hundred seventy percent (170%) of the applicable ninety (90) minute program fee (included days - one hundred thirty-five percent (135%) of the applicable included days); and one hundred forty percent (140%) of the applicable two (2) hour program fee (included days - one hundred twenty percent (120%) of the applicable included days), based on the length of the pilot and not of the proposed or actual series.   • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.

  • Workshops During the month of September or October of each year during the term of this Agreement, there shall be held at each University a workshop for Department Chairs at which will be discussed their roles and responsibilities as such. Representatives of the University, at its election, and representatives of the Association, at its election, shall be permitted to participate jointly in such workshop.

  • Maintenance and Warranty Service Reports The report shall include the name of the Authorized User and all of the information in Section 2.24.1 and be submitted electronically in Microsoft Excel 2010 or newer version unprotected, via e-mail to the attention of the OGS Contract Administrator.

  • Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees. Such efforts should be aimed at developing full journey level status employees in the type of trade or job classification involved.

  • Presentation for Scaling Purchaser shall present products so that they may be Scaled in an eco- nomical and safe manner. If prior to Scaling, Included Timber is to be mixed with other timber, Purchaser shall, prior to mixing, provide for distinguishing, by means ap- proved by Forest Service, each product included in this contract. Trees or pieces presented for Scaling that have not been bucked to separate material meeting minimum piece standards from material not meeting minimum piece standards due to diameter, shall be Scaled as though such bucking had been done. Deductions made for rot, check, or other defects re- sulting from abnormal delay in Scaling caused by Pur- chaser shall be recorded separately and charged to Xxx- ber Sale Account under B3.47. Any timber that has been removed from Sale Area during the period of this contract, but remains unscaled after Termination Date, shall be Scaled at the earliest rea- sonable date.

  • PROMOTIONS AND SENIORITY Promotion in the VFRS shall be based on eligibility and on the candidate having the ability to perform the essential duties of the rank at the time of promotion. In cases where two candidates are relatively equal in their aggregate scores, the more senior member in the division will be ranked higher for the purpose of both promotion and acting assignments.

  • Billing Information 6.1 NLT and the RL shall provide each other with information within their possession that is necessary to allow them to provide accurate and timely billing to each other and to any other relevant third parties.

  • ORAL PRESENTATIONS/INTERVIEWS In connection with any SOW RFP, Contractor and proposed employees, independent contractors or agents of Contractor may be required to make an oral presentation to State or Agency representatives. Significant representations made by a Contractor during the oral presentation shall be submitted in writing. All material representations acceptable to the State shall be incorporated in any applicable SOW Agreement. The Agency will notify Contractor of the time and place of oral presentations.

  • REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANNUAL CONFERENCE The Annual Conference represents and warrants to the Local Church as of the date hereof and the Disaffiliation Date as follows:
