Plan Duration. This plan will come into effect as of September 1, 1995 and will continue in effect for the duration of this Collective Agreement.
Plan Duration. 8.1 This Plan shall commence with effect from the Commencement Date (as defined in Section 14.1) and shall terminate upon:-
(a) the expiration or termination of the Master Plan; or
(b) the termination of this Plan in accordance with the provisions of Section 10.1 or Section 13.1 hereof, whichever is the earliest to occur.
8.2 Shares may not be awarded after the Plan is terminated; provided that (for the avoidance of doubt) if the terms of any award made prior to the termination date of the Plan provide for the vesting of Shares thereunder to occur upon or after such termination date, then such award and the vesting of Shares thereunder shall not be prejudiced by the termination of the Plan.

Employees must apply for and be in receipt of benefits before payments become payable. Payment of will commence on a basis only when Precision Industries Inc. has verified, through the Canada Employment and Commission, that the employee has received benefits.

The Company undertakes to implement a Plan for its Hourly employees to supplement unemployment insurance benefits paid by the Canada Employment and Immigration Commission for unemployment caused by a shortage of work. Full-time, permanent, Hourly employees of Precision Industries Inc., Local United Steelworkers of America, Nuclear Products Department, Port .Hope are eligible for benefits under the Plan in the event of lay-off providing they meet the requirements set out under Section Registration, below.
Plan Duration. The Plan and Permit will have a duration of 10 years from the date of the last signature accepting the original Permit. Should the AST, WCT, TF, LP, TH, or TP be listed as threatened or endangered, and all other requirements are met, the Permit will become effective upon the effective date of listing and all Participants will be covered from that date until the end of their participation in the CCAA, either through expiration of the Plan and Permit or termination of their Permit or CI.
Plan Duration. Options may not be granted under this Plan after January 31, 2001.

The Plan shall remain in effect, subject to the right of the Board or the Compensation Committee to amend or terminate the Plan at any time, until the earlier of (a) the earliest date as of which all Awards granted under the Plan have been satisfied in full or terminated and no shares of Common Stock approved for issuance under the Plan remain available to be granted under new Awards or (b) _______, 20332. No Awards shall be granted under the Plan after such termination date. Subject to other applicable provisions of the Plan, all Awards made under the Plan on or before _______, 20333, or such earlier termination of the Plan, shall remain in effect until such Awards have been satisfied or terminated in accordance with the Plan and the terms of such Awards. 2 NTD: To insert the date that is one day prior to the tenth anniversary of the date on which the Plan is approved by the Board. 3 NTD: To insert the date that is one day prior to the tenth anniversary of the date on which the Plan is approved by the Board.
Plan Duration. Each Fixed Plan will be for a fixed duration ranging from three (3) to twelve (12) months. The rate at which Earn Users earn rewards ("Rewards Rate") shall apply for the duration of the Fixed Plan. We reserve the right to amend the terms of any Fixed Plan if such changes are immaterial and do not impact the potential rewards to be earned or the plan duration.
