Plan Years 2017 and 2018. All full-time Unit employees enrolled in single-party, two-party, or family medical coverage under Kaiser HMO or Blue Shield HMO shall contribute on a pre-tax basis fourteen (14) percent of the “blended ratein effect at that time for the elected level of coverage. The City will pay the remainder of the applicable premium.

  • Plan Year The year for the purposes of the plan shall be from September 1 of one year, to August 31, of the following year, or such other years as the parties may agree to.

  • Tax-Deferred Earnings The investment earnings of your IRA are not subject to federal income tax until distributions are made (or, in certain instances, when distributions are deemed to be made).

  • Rollovers of Xxxx Elective Deferrals Xxxx elective deferrals distributed from a 401(k) cash or deferred arrangement, 403(b) tax-sheltered annuity, 457(b) eligible governmental deferred compensation plan, or federal Thrift Savings Plan, may only be rolled into your Xxxx XXX.

  • Deferred Earnings The manner in which the deferred salary is held shall be at the discretion of the Hospital. The employee will be made aware, in advance of having to sign any formal agreement, of the manner of holding such deferred salary. Interest which is accumulated during each year of the deferral period shall be paid out to the employee in accordance with Part LXVIII of the Income Tax Regulations, Section 6801.

  • Partial Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility The following employees covered by this Agreement receive the full Employer Contribution for basic life coverage, and at the employee's option, a partial Employer Contribution for health and dental coverages if they are scheduled to work at least fifty (50) percent but less than seventy-five (75) percent of the time. This means:

  • Benefit Waiting Period Allowance (a) An employee who qualifies for and takes leave pursuant to 21.1 or 21.2 and is required by Employment Insurance to serve a one-week waiting period for Employment Insurance Maternity/Parental benefits, shall be paid a leave allowance equivalent to one week at 85% of the employee's basic pay.

  • Annual Contributions □ Check enclosed in the amount of $ representing current contribution for tax year 20 . This contribution does not exceed the maximum permitted amount for the year of contribution as described in the Xxxx XXX Disclosure Statement. If no tax year is indicated, contribution will automatically apply to current year.

  • Vacation Year The vacation year shall be April 1 to March 31, inclusive.

  • Salary Deductions Salaried employees (E-level classifications) who are permanently assigned to full-time job classifications are paid on a bi-weekly salary basis. Salaried employees are paid a bi-weekly salary based on a minimum of two (2) forty (40) hour workweeks. The bi-weekly salary received by salaried employees will not be reduced regardless of the number of hours the salaried employee actually works in any week in which the salaried employee performs any work except for the following deductions:

  • Years of Service (i) A Participant’s Years of Service shall include all service performed for the Employer and ¨ Shall ¨ Shall Not include service performed for the Related Employer.
