Employee Cost Sharing for Full-Time Unit Employees. In recognition of the employer costs of providing health care, all full-time Unit employees enrolled in single, two-party, or family medical coverage under Kaiser HMO or Blue Shield HMO shall contribute cost-sharing for health care, as follows: a. For Plan Year 2013, all full-time Unit employees enrolled in single, two-party, or family medical coverage under Kaiser HMO or Blue Shield HMO shall contribute 1% (one percent) of gross regular earnings on a pre-tax basis to the City via bi- weekly payroll deduction. b. Effective with Plan Year 2014, all full-time Unit employees enrolled in single, two- party, or family medical coverage under Kaiser HMO or Blue Shield HMO shall contribute on a pre-tax basis ten (10) percent of the “blended ratein effect at that time for the elected level of coverage. c. Effective with Plan Year 2015, all full-time Unit employees enrolled in single, two- party, or family medical coverage under Kaiser HMO or Blue Shield HMO shall contribute on a pre-tax basis twelve and one-half (12 ½) percent of the “blended rate” in effect at that time for the elected level of coverage. d. Effective with Plan Year 2016, in the event that the City decides to continue to blend rates as described in Subsection A.2. above, all full-time Unit employees enrolled in single-party, two-party, or family medical coverage under Kaiser HMO or Blue Shield HMO shall contribute on a pre-tax basis fifteen (15) percent of the “blended rate” in effect at that time for the elected level of coverage.

Effective with Plan Year 2014 (effective February 14, 2014 for March coverage), all full- time Unit employees enrolled in single-party, two-party, or family medical coverage under Kaiser HMO or Blue Shield HMO shall contribute on a pre-tax basis seven (7) percent of the “blended ratein effect at that time for the elected level of coverage. c. Effective with Plan Year 2015, all full-time Unit employees enrolled in single-party, two- party, or family medical coverage under Kaiser HMO or Blue Shield HMO shall contribute on a pre-tax basis ten (10) percent of the “blended rate” in effect at that time for the elected level of coverage. d. Effective with Plan Year 2016, in the event that the City decides to blend rates for Plan Year 2016 as described in Subsection 2 above, all full-time Unit employees enrolled in single-party, two-party, or family medical coverage under Kaiser HMO or Blue Shield HMO shall contribute on a pre-tax basis twelve and one-half (12 ½) percent of the “blended rate” in effect at that time for the elected level of coverage.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Shift Employees Employees who work rotating shift patterns or those who work qualifying shifts shall be entitled, on completion of 12 months employment on shift work, to up to an additional 5 days annual leave, based on the number of qualifying shifts worked. The entitlement will be calculated on the annual leave anniversary date. Qualifying shifts are defined as a shift which involves at least 2 hours work performed outside the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm, excluding overtime.   • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.

  • Employee Contribution Eligible employees shall contribute one percent (1%) of their salary on a per pay period basis to the HCSP.

  • Overtime-Eligible Employees Employees who are covered by the overtime provisions of state and federal law.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular, full-time employee is one who is scheduled to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, on a regular basis.

  • Compensatory Time for Overtime Eligible Employees ‌ A. Compensatory Time Eligibility

  • Incentive, Savings and Retirement Plans During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all incentive, savings and retirement plans, practices, policies and programs applicable generally to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies, but in no event shall such plans, practices, policies and programs provide the Executive with incentive opportunities (measured with respect to both regular and special incentive opportunities, to the extent, if any, that such distinction is applicable), savings opportunities and retirement benefit opportunities, in each case, less favorable, in the aggregate, than the most favorable of those provided by the Company and its affiliated companies for the Executive under such plans, practices, policies and programs as in effect at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or if more favorable to the Executive, those provided generally at any time after the Effective Date to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.
