Planned Vacations. Initials: Each child in the Full-time, Part-time and School-Age program is eligible to utilize the ½ price vacation week up to 2 times per year. This may only be used if your child is absent the entire week. The ½ price tuition must be paid prior to the week of absence, in order to reserve your child’s spot. To use this option, you must complete a vacation form prior to the selected week so that your account is billed accordingly and NOFC is able to staff accordingly. Disenrollment Initials: All Parents of children enrolled in New Odyssey for Children agree to provide written notice two weeks in advance when disenrolling their child from our program. If a parent fails to provide a written two week notice, tuition charges will be due for two weeks following the child’s last day of attendance.   • PAID VACATIONS 16.01 An employee in the active employ of the Company shall be entitled to an annual paid vacation pay on the following basis:

  • ANNUAL VACATIONS Vacation entitlement earned during previous employment shall be credited to the employee, and vacations granted shall be in accordance with such previous entitlement (Articles 28.01 and 28.02).

  • Banked Vacation Once every five years an employee may bank one full year's vacation to be taken in conjunction with the next year's vacation. For the purposes of this clause, all vacation in the second year must be taken concurrently.

  • Split Vacations Where an employee wishes to split her vacation, her second choice of vacation time shall be made only after all other employees concerned have made their initial selection.

  • HOLIDAYS AND VACATIONS If work is performed on Buyer's premises, Buyer shall not be obligated to make any payments to Seller for days designated by Buyer as holidays or shutdown periods, except for work specifically authorized in writing by Xxxxx's Authorized Procurement Representative and performed by Seller on such days.

Such leave shall be earned at the rate of two and one-twelfth (2 1/12) days for each completed calendar month of service.
