Planning Commission Work Session. 1: City shall arrange and conduct and Consultant shall present at Planning Commission Work Session #1. Consultant shall present the smart development objectives of the Project; present Final Evaluation Memorandum, highlighting initial observations about City's Comprehensive Plan and Development Ordinance that may warrant changes; and solicit comments from Planning Commissioners about issues of concern or areas of potential improvement for City's Comprehensive Plan and Development Ordinance. City shall schedule Planning Commission Work Session #1 either for a regular or special meeting of the Planning Commission and ensure that the members receive the Final Evaluation Memorandum for review at least one week before Planning Commission Work Session #1. Planning Commission Work Session. City shall arrange and conduct a Planning Commission Work Session either in Xxxxxx or online, which will be either a regular or special meeting of the Planning Commission. City shall distribute Final Development Code Amendments Matrix in the Planning Commission packets. LCOG shall attend and present the Project Objective and TGM Program Objectives as they relate to the Project, give an update on the status of the Project, present Final Development Code Amendments Matrix, and solicit comments. LCOG shall prepare Planning Commission Work Session summary notes.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Preconstruction Phase Services Preconstruction Phase Services shall mean all services described in Article 3.1, and any similar services described in the Request for Proposals, including such similar services as are described in the Construction Manager at Risk’s Response to the Request for Proposals to the extent they are accepted by Owner, but excluding any Early Work. Early Work shall be considered part of Construction Phase Services.

  • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Requirement for Project Planning No physical work will begin on the construction site until the receipt of a Proceed Order issued by the Owner. The Contract assumes that a Proceed Order will be issued in not more than sixty days from the Effective Date of the Contract. Failure of the Contractor to provide the necessary documentation for the issuance of a Proceed Order shall not entitle the Contractor to any extension of time. If a Proceed Order is not issued within sixty days from the award of the Contract and non-issuance is due to nonperformance by the Contractor, the Contractor may be in default.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.
