Planning/Plan Checking Services. Planning support services may include, preparation of a comprehensive report, such as: a project report, storm report, technical study, or preparation of plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E). A-E may be required to review and provide written professional comments on developer or encroachment permittee submitted plans and specifications for the following: a. Check for adequacy of the submittal and compliance with County and/or District standards and criteria, regulatory permit conditions, mitigation measures and applicable federal, state or County technical correctness.
