PLANS AND SHOP DRAWINGS. 2.2.1. The Contractor shall bring discrepancies between different Plans, or between Plans and Specifications, or regulations and codes covering the Work to the attention of the Project Manager in writing before the date of Proposal closing. In the event such discrepancies exist and the Project Manager is not so notified, the Project Manager shall reserve the right to exercise sole arbitration authority. It is mutually agreed that all authorized alterations affecting the requirements and information given on the Approved Plans shall be in writing and approved by the Project Manager. 2.2.2. The Plans will be supplemented by Shop Drawings as necessary to adequately control the Work or as specified. Shop Drawings are not part of the Contract Documents. Shop Drawings may consist of drawings, diagrams, illustrations, schedules, calculations, and other data prepared by the Contractor, Subcontractor, manufacturer, supplier, or distributor, which will illustrate how specific portions of the Work shall be fabricated and/or installed in accordance with the Plan details and Specifications. Any Work done prior to the Owner's approval of Shop Drawings will be at the Contractor's risk. 2.2.3. The Project Manager may request additional details and require the Contractor to make changes in the design which are necessary to conform to the provisions and intent of these Specifications without additional cost to the Owner. 2.2.4. Approval of the Shop Drawings by the Project Manager shall not be construed as a complete check and verification, but will indicate that general conformance with the design concept and general compliance with the information given in the Contract has been achieved. Any information or action to be taken as set forth in the Shop Drawings is subject to the requirements of the Plans and Specifications. The Contractor shall be responsible for all dimensions and quantities shown on the Shop Drawings. The Project Manager shall be notified in writing of any information in the Shop Drawings that deviates from the requirements of the Contract documents. Appropriate action will then be taken by the Project Manager. 2.2.5. Approval by the Project Manager of the Contractor's Shop Drawings shall not relieve the Contractor of his obligation to meet all requirements of the Plans and Specifications and shall not relieve the Contractor of his responsibility for the correctness of the Shop Drawings. 2.2.6. PLANS AND SHOP DRAWINGS. Delete the first sentence of the third paragraph “All shop drawings will be …” and replace with the following: Shop drawings for structures shall be furnished by the Contractor within seven (7) calendar days after the award of the Contract. Delete the first sentence of the fifth paragraph “Within forty-five (45) calendar days…” and replace with the following: Within seven (7) calendar days of submission to the Engineer, all shop drawings shall be reviewed by the Engineer and returned to the Contractor for appropriate action.
PLANS AND SHOP DRAWINGS. The Contract Plans furnished consist of general drawings and show such details as are necessary to give a comprehensive idea of the construction contemplated. All authorized alterations affecting the requirements and information given on the Contract Plans shall be in writing. The Plans shall be supplemented by such Shop Drawings prepared by the CONTRACTOR as are necessary to adequately control the Work, as specified in Section 5-8, herein. No change shall be made by CONTRACTOR in any Shop Drawing after they have been approved by the ENGINEER. Full compensation for furnishing all Shop Drawings shall be considered as included in the prices paid for the Contract items of Work to which such drawings relate, and no additional compensation will be allowed therefor.

  • Shop Drawings All drawings, prints, diagrams, illustrations, brochures, schedules, and other data that are prepared by Developer, a subcontractor, manufacturer, supplier, or distributor, that illustrate how specific portions of the Work shall be fabricated or installed.

  • Plans and Specifications After Landlord receives and approves Tenant’s Space Plan as provided above, Tenant will cause Tenant’s Architect to prepare the Plans and Specifications for the Tenant Improvements. Landlord will approve or disapprove (specifically describing any reasons for disapproval) the Plans and Specifications in writing within ten (10) Business Days after receiving them. If Landlord disapproves the Plans and Specifications, Tenant will provide appropriately revised Plans and Specifications to Landlord for approval (or disapproval) within five (5) Business Days on the same basis as set forth above. After Landlord’s approval, Tenant will submit the Plans and Specifications for permits and construction bids. No deviation from the Building Standard will be permitted in the Space Plan or the Plans and Specifications, provided reasonable deviations with respect to the ceiling, lighting, painting, flooring and wall covering may be permitted with Landlord’s approval. Landlord will not approve any deviations which Landlord believes (a) do not conform to applicable codes, ordinances and other Laws or are disapproved by any governmental agency, (b) require services beyond the level normally provided to other tenants in the Building, or (c) are of a nature or quality that are inconsistent with Landlord’s overall plan or objectives for the Building. No approval by Landlord of any deviation constitutes an acknowledgment by Landlord that such deviations are in conformance with applicable codes, ordinances and other Laws. In the event that Landlord’s approval shall be required in this Tenant Improvements Agreement, then notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in the Lease, Landlord’s approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.

  • Construction Plans Tenant shall prepare final plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements that (a) are consistent with and are logical evolutions of the Approved Schematic Plans and (b) incorporate any other Tenant-requested (and Landlord-approved) Changes (as defined below). As soon as such final plans and specifications ("Construction Plans") are completed, Tenant shall deliver the same to Landlord for Landlord's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. All such Construction Plans shall be submitted by Tenant to Landlord in electronic .pdf, CADD and full-size hard copy formats, and shall be approved or disapproved by Landlord within ten (10) business days after delivery to Landlord. Landlord's failure to respond within such ten (10) business day period shall be deemed approval by Landlord. If the Construction Plans are disapproved by Landlord, then Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of its objections to such Construction Plans, and the parties shall confer and negotiate in good faith to reach agreement on the Construction Plans. Promptly after the Construction Plans are approved by Landlord and Tenant, two (2) copies of such Construction Plans shall be initialed and dated by Landlord and Tenant, and Tenant shall promptly submit such Construction Plans to all appropriate Governmental Authorities for approval. The Construction Plans so approved, and all change orders approved (to the extent required) by Landlord, are referred to herein as the "Approved Plans."

  • Approval of Plans and Specifications The Plans and Specifications will conform to the requirements and conditions set out by applicable law or any effective restrictive covenant, and to all governmental authorities which exercise jurisdiction over the Leased Premises or the construction thereon.

  • As-Built Drawings Within thirty (30) Days of the successful completion of the Acceptance Test, Seller shall provide for Company review a set of the proposed as‑built drawings for the Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities constructed by Seller (and/or its Contractors). Within thirty (30) Days of Company's receipt of the proposed as‑built drawings, Company shall provide Seller with either (i) its comments on the proposed as‑built drawings or (ii) notice of acceptance of the proposed as‑built drawings as final as‑built drawings. If Company provides comments on the proposed as‑built drawings, Seller shall incorporate such comments into a final set of as‑built drawings and provide such final as‑built drawings to Company within twenty (20) Days of Seller's receipt of Company's comments.
