Platform Maintenance Services. Hosting and maintaining the Software; • Providing, operating and maintaining Equipment required to support and host the Proposed Platform for use by up to a maximum of 300 authorized user IDs in aggregate1; • Administering CCX data on CCX customers and trading related data stored on the Proposed Platform; • Providing security for the Proposed Platform; • Providing CCX and CCX customers the ability via the internet to send orders and cancels to the Proposed Platform, to receive executions and cancel acknowledgements, and view all orders with respect to CCX Contracts; • Facilitating and testing of Equipment and Software links; • Performing necessary Error Correction.

  • Maintenance Services Subject to the terms of this Exhibit and Licensee's payment of all Maintenance fees, MyECheck will provide the following:

  • Maintenance and Support Services Distributor shall provide Maintenance and Support Services to all of its Customers of Licensed Software as set forth in Sections 3.4(a) and 3.4(b) below. Distributor may require Customers to provide the own First-Line Support: however, in no event shall Siebel be responsible for First-Line or Second-Line Support. Subject to Distributor's payment of the Maintenance Fees set forth in EXHIBIT A Siebel shall provide Third-Line Support to Distributor in accordance with Siebel's then current Maintenance and Support Services Policy.   • Software Maintenance The Vendor represents and warrants that the Software delivered to the escrow agent pursuant to subsection 11.7 for redelivery to the Owner pursuant to the Escrow Agreement will be in a form suitable for reproduction by the Owner and will include the full Source Code language statement of the Software as used by the Vendor sufficient to allow maintenance and modification.

  • Support Services Other than the assistance provided in the Information, the BNPP Entities do not offer any support services in connection with the Software.

  • Hosting Services GSI shall load the Web site onto server(s) that are connected to the Internet and readily accessible via the Web through use of the Domain Names. GSI shall ensure that the Web site is functional and ready to process transactions in a reasonably efficient manner.
