PLEDGE AGAINST DISCRIMINATION AND COERCION. 2.1 The Employer and The Union each agree that it will not discriminate against any person because of age (over 40), sex, marital status, race, color, creed, handicap, disability, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation and gender expression, political affiliation, or union activity. The Employer and the Union agree that harassment on the basis of any of the above-mentioned classifications may exist in the workplace and will not be tolerated. Any and all claims of discrimination or harassment by employees subject to the terms of this Agreement may be resolved by the grievance procedure.
