PM Only Families. I understand that if I am enrolled in PM only care, I can prearrange with the Lead Teacher to have my child attend the AM care for an additional fee and for no more than 5 times throughout the school year. I understand that I must inform the Annex Lead Teacher at least 24 hours in advance to ensure there is space to attend in the morning. See Additional Care Billing Form for fee amounts.

  • Leave Without Pay for Personal Needs Leave without pay will be granted for personal needs, in the following manner:

  • Sick Leave Without Pay Sick leave without pay shall be granted to an employee who does not qualify for sick leave with pay, or who is unable to return to work at the termination of the period for which sick leave with pay is granted.

  • Leave Without Pay for the Care and Nurturing of Pre-School Age Children Subject to operational requirements, an employee shall be granted leave without pay for the personal care and nurturing of the employee's pre-school age children in accordance with the following conditions:

  • Parental Leave Without Pay (a) Where an employee has or will have the actual care and custody of a new-born child (including the new-born child of a common-law partner), the employee shall, upon request, be granted parental leave without pay for a single period of up to thirty-seven (37) consecutive weeks in the fifty-two (52) week period beginning on the day on which the child is born or the day on which the child comes into the employee’s care.

  • Leave Without Pay An employee shall not be entitled to payment for a public holiday falling during a period of leave without pay (including sick leave and military leave without pay) unless the employee has worked during the fortnight ending on the day on which the holiday is observed.

  • Time Off Without Pay (a) Time spent in the transaction of business which is unrelated to the functioning of the University such as time spent at the Union's International or Local Officer.

  • School Year Employees All hourly employees compensated under “Hourly Schedule A” and regularly employed for the hours in that position considered full time by the Employer for the school year.

  • Relief Employees Relief or part-time employees shall be paid the same hourly rate as full-time employees in the same occupational classification.

  • Junior Employees The minimum rate of wages for junior employees shall be the under-mentioned percentages of the rates prescribed for the appropriate adult classification for the work performed by junior employees: Age Percentage Under 17 years of age 55% 17 and under 18 years of age 65% 18 and under 19 years of age 75% 19 and under 20 years of age 85% To determine the correct rate of pay, the Employer may request proof of age from the employee.

  • CLASSIFICATION OF EMPLOYEES Section 1. A full-time employee shall be deemed to be any employee regularly scheduled to work forty (40) hours per week. A regular employee is one whose employment is reasonably expected to continue for longer than fifteen (15) months.
