DROP IN CARE. Drop in care is available for those who need it on an occasional basis. The fee for drop in care will be $7.00/hour or any portion thereof. Any portion of an hour over 15 minutes will qualify as a full hour. Parents are to notify the school by phone or in writing of intention to use the Extended Care the morning of intended use. Drop ins are those students who have not reserved space by noon of the first school day of the week. RATES $5 - Morning Session 6:45-7:45 a.m. $5/hr. - Any portion of an hour over 15 minutes will qualify as an hour for students who have submitted reservations to the school office each week by Monday (or the first day of the school week) at noon. $7/hr. - An hour or any portion thereof for drop in care. (This applies to students who have not submitted reservations to the school office by Monday at noon each week.) There will be NO exceptions. Minimum days: The fee for After School Care on minimum days (noon dismissal) will be $5/hr., for those students with reservations. PAYMENTS/FEES The Extended Care director will notify the school office on Mondays regarding each family=s use of Extended Care for the previous week (Monday through Friday). Charges will be sent to the family’s FACTS Incidentals Account, and the family will be invoiced for Extended Care use each month. Late fees will be incurred as spelled out by FACTS. Enrollment is subject to termination if account is not kept current.
DROP IN CARE. The ENK After School Care Program will accept children for drop-in care if prior enrollment arrangements have been made, enrollment forms are on file, and space is available. If child care is needed on a day which was not previously scheduled or the child is not enrolled, the parent/guardian may contact the ENK staff and request attendance for that day. Approval will be based on the availability of space for that day and the staff-to-child ratio. Those who choose not to enroll will be charged the drop-in rate of $10.00 per day. Payment for non-enrolled, drop-in care is required before attendance. For drop-in care you may call the Friday prior to the week you need drop in care.
DROP IN CARE. In the event that your child needs to attend, but does not attend the program regularly, notice must be given 24 hours prior to attending. Notice may be given by calling the RES office or emailing the program personnel. Please keep in mind that the RES office closes at 4:00 p.m. Program Rates: Before School 6:30 a.m. – 7:40 a.m. $2.00 After School 3:20 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. $3.00 Billing/Invoices: The billing period will run Friday to Thursday. Invoices will go home in your child's designated before/after school program folder on Friday. All payments must be made to the RES office by Monday. If your payment is not received by Tuesday morning, your child will not be able to attend the program, until payment has been made.
