PMD Probation Terms. The paramedic may be put on a “PMD Probation” not to 14 exceed 12 months in duration as described herein. It is understood that the County may take any 15 other necessary corrective action consistent with the terms of the partiescollective bargaining 16 agreement (“CBA”). 17 During this period of PMD Probation, the paramedic will be given an outline of the area or 18 areas needing remedial attention and will be assigned to be evaluated by specific paramedics at the 19 direction of the PMD and in coordination with the Shift MSO. The paramedic will also meet 20 regularly with the PMD as to their progress. The paramedic on PMD Probation will be eligible to 21 work overtime shifts only when a partner is available who is willing to evaluate the paramedic. The 22 PMD and shift MSO should be notified in these situations so they may interact with the paramedic’s 23 partner in producing an evaluation by the paramedic partner or the MSO at the discretion of the PMD 24 and MSO.

  • Promotional Probation a. An employee on promotional probation may be failed at any time without right of appeal or hearing, except as provided in C.3., below, and except that failing an employee on promotional probation must not be arbitrary, capricious or unreasonable.

  • Probation & Termination 5.1 Permanent Employees will initially be employed on 3 months probation (the “Probation Period”). During the Probation Period, either the Employer or Employee may terminate the employment relationship by giving at least one day's notice of their intention to terminate.   • General License Terms The Product is licensed, not sold, to you by us under the terms of this XXXX and the Order. The scope of license granted by us to you for the Product is set out in section 3 (Product Family Specific Terms) and section 4 (Product Specific Terms).

  • License Terms This license is for one full Semester. It cannot be cancelled or terminated except under the conditions cited in this license.

  • Promotional Probationary Period An employee who has previously completed the requisite probationary period and who is rejected during a subsequent probationary period for a promotional appointment shall be reinstated to the former position from which the employee was appointed. If the employee was dismissed from employment during the promotional probationary period, the employee shall not be entitled to such reinstatement rights.

  • ESSENTIAL TERMS The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that each of the provisions in Articles 30 to 36 hereof constitutes an essential term of the Contract and that any breach of any of these provisions shall entitle UNDP to terminate the Contract or any other contract with UNDP immediately upon notice to the Contractor, without any liability for termination charges or any other liability of any kind. In addition, nothing herein shall limit the right of UNDP to refer any alleged breach of the said essential terms to the relevant national authorities for appropriate legal action.

  • Completion of Probationary Period An employee who has completed the probationary period may be suspended without pay or discharged only for just cause.

  • Duration/Termination 1. This License Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period, subject to termination in accordance with the provisions of article 6.2 and 6.3. Except based on these provisions, parties are not allowed to terminate the License Agreement.
