PNEUMATIC AND BATTERY TOOL REPAIR a. The City will repair employee-owned pneumatic and battery powered tools, including battery replacement, which are used in their regular City service. Employees wishing to take advantage of this policy must include their tools on their tool inventory and must register their tools with the Shop Supervisor and receive their approval to enter their tool into the program. If it is determined during the course of repair that the repair cost exceeds eighty percent (80%) of the current replacement cost, including sales tax, the employee would be required to procure a new tool. The City shall reimburse the employee for the cost of the new tool, or battery at eighty percent (80%) of the current replacement cost, including sales tax, or the cost of repair of the old tool, whichever is least. b. Effective April 26, 2022, the City and IAMAW shall enter a trial program in which the City shall increase the reimbursement amount to employees for the cost of the new tool, or battery, which shall supersede subsection 11.6(a) above, for the term of this Agreement, as follows: (1) The City will repair employee-owned pneumatic and battery powered tools, including battery replacement, which are used in their regular City service. Employees wishing to take advantage of this policy must include their tools on their tool inventory and must register their tools with the Shop Supervisor and receive their approval to enter their tool into the program. The City shall reimburse the employee for the cost of the new tool or battery at one hundred percent (100%) of the current replacement cost, including sales tax, or the cost of repair of the old tool, for an amount not to exceed nine hundred dollars ($900.00). Any amount over nine hundred dollars ($900.00), including sales tax, is at the sole expense of the employee. (2) This trial program shall not apply to purchases or repairs made prior to April 26, 2022. (3) This trial program shall automatically terminate on June 30, 2023. (4) Upon termination of the trial program, subsection 11.6(a) above, shall be reinstated. c. Employees wishing to remove one of these tools from the City premises will be required to obtain prior approval from their Shop Supervisor.   • Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.
