Common use of Point of Care Risk Assessment Clause in Contracts

Point of Care Risk Assessment. (a) The parties agree that the employee shall have access to the appropriate PPE, based on the PCRA. This may include but is not limited to gloves, mask, face protection, gowns, and respiratory protection. (b) When respiratory protection is required, the appropriate procedures will be followed in accordance with CSA standard Z94.4-11 as per Nova Scotia Occupational Health & Safety Regulations. The employee shall be supplied and use only respirators that are approved by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), or equivalent.
