Pole Foundation. Construct foundations and install anchor bolts in accordance with Sections 1006 and 1001 and as indicated. Use Class A Cement Concrete for foundations. Provide a removable galvanized screen with 1/4” to 3/8” openings to seal between the bottom of the base plate and the top of the foundation to prevent entry of rodents. Install three two-inch conduit sweeps, plus an additional sweep for ground. Extend the sweeps at least one-inch and no more than seven-inches above the foundation surface and no higher than the anchor bolts. Provide concrete pads adjacent to the pole foundation to facilitate access to the CCTV Control cabinet and to the CCTV camera in the lowered position. Size the pads to the width of the foundation and a length sufficient to support the technician's activity. In addition to these specifications, comply with the following and furnish indicated documents, calculations or drawings: 1. The exact camera mounting height, location, and foundation design shall be approved by the district's ITS engineer prior to the start on any construction work on the pole foundation. 2. Submit the design calculations and working drawings of the camera mounting bracket, the pole and the foundation signed and sealed by a professional engineer registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with section 105.02. Clearly identify the maximum overturning moment at the base of the pole in the computations. 3. Submit design calculations for the pole, pole base plate, anchor bolts and foundation, signed and sealed by a professional engineer registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in accordance with PennDOT publications. 4. Construct foundations in accordance to approved design submittals and with the anchor bolts provided by the pole manufacturer, in accordance to section 1006 and 1001 as indicated

Contractor agrees that in the event of a breach or alleged breach of this provision that Authorized User shall not have an adequate remedy at law, including monetary damages, and that Authorized User shall consequently be entitled to seek a temporary restraining order, injunction, or other form of equitable relief against the continuance of such breach, in addition to any and all remedies to which Authorized User shall be entitled.
