Police Involvement in Offsite Interventions. In Accordance with past practice, the Company will continue to have any police involvement with members occur during the membersworking hours and on Company premises. Should this not be possible the Union will be provided with notice of the details of the intervention occurring off Company premises. Whether police are involved or not in the execution of any investigation, the Security Department will work closely with Operations to reach agreement on the planned intervention. In such cases the plan will be reviewed and authorized by Operations, Security and Human Resources.

  • Intervention If the Commission finds deficiencies in the School's performance or legal compliance, the Commission and the School shall follow the Intervention Protocol attached as Exhibit D. Intervention may be initiated when the Commission finds that the School has failed to:

  • Early Intervention Services (EIS) In accordance with Rhode Island General Law §27-20-50, this agreement provides coverage for Early Intervention Service. Early Intervention Services are educational, developmental, health, and social services provided to children from birth to thirty-six (36) months. The children must have been certified by the Rhode Island Department of Human Services to enroll in an approved Early Intervention Services program. Services must be provided by a licensed Early Intervention provider and rendered to a Rhode Island resident. We cover Early Intervention Services as defined by the Rhode Island Department of Human Services including, but not limited to, the following: • speech and language therapy; • physical and occupational therapy; • evaluation; • case management; • nutrition; • service plan development and review; • nursing services; and • assistive technology services and devices.   • Behavioral Interventions Committee This committee develops and monitors procedures for using behavioral interventions in accordance with Board policy 7:230, Misconduct by Students with Disabilities, and provides information and recommendations to the Board. At the Board President's discretion, the Parent-Teacher Advisory Committee shall perform the duties assigned to the Behavioral Interventions Committee.

  • Work Product Ownership All products of the Contractor’s work, including outlines, reports, charts, sketches, drawings, art work, plans, photographs, specifications, estimates, computer programs, or similar documents become the sole property of the State of Vermont and may not be copyrighted or resold by Contractor.

  • ASSISTANCE IN RELATED PROCUREMENTS 5.1 Where a Relevant Supplier is bidding to provide New Goods and/or Services in circumstances where the Supplier or an Affiliate of the Supplier is already providing (or due to provide) Legacy Goods and/or Services to a Contracting Body, the Supplier shall promptly provide the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier with all reasonable information and assistance as may be required from time to time to enable the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier, as appropriate, to:
