Policy and Procedures If the resident leaves the facility due to hospitalization or a therapeutic leave, the facility shall not be obligated to hold the resident’s bed available until his or her return, unless prior arrangements have been made for a bed hold pursuant to the facility’s “Bed Reservation Policy and Procedure” and pursuant to applicable law. In the absence of a bed hold, the resident is not guaranteed readmission unless the resident is eligible for Medicaid and requires the services provided by the facility. However, the resident may be placed in any appropriate bed in a semi-private room in the facility at the time of his or her return from hospitalization or therapeutic leave provided a bed is available and the resident’s admission is appropriate and meets the readmission requirements of the facility.
Policy and Procedure Every employee has the right to work in an environment free of discrimination and harassment. This right includes the responsibility to eliminate harassment in our workplace, either as a participant or as an observer. This policy and procedure outlines the commitment of Chrysler Canada Inc. to ensure a harassment-free workplace as required under the Ontario Human Rights Code and will act as a guide to employees in adhering to legal and social guidelines regarding the recognition and prevention of harassment. This policy exists to underline the seriousness of workplace harassment and to establish that there is no acceptable level of harassment at Chrysler Canada Inc. Employees who feel that they are being harassed are encouraged to seek protection under this policy. Harassment, discrimination or solicitation, whether verbal, physical or environmental is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. (c05)

DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY It is the policy of the Office of General Services’ New York State Procurement (NYSPro) to provide vendors with an opportunity to administratively resolve disputes, complaints or inquiries related to NYSPro bid solicitations, contract awards and contract administration. NYSPro encourages vendors to seek resolution of disputes through consultation with NYSPro staff. All such matters shall be accorded impartial and timely consideration. Interested parties may also file formal written disputes. A copy of NYSPro’s Dispute Resolution Procedures for Vendors may be obtained through the OGS website (xxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/BU/PC/BizInfo.asp), (click on Dispute Resolution Procedures).
Effect of Addenda, Bulletins, and Change Orders No special implication, interpretation, construction, connotation, denotation, import, or meaning shall be assigned to any provision of the Contract Documents because of changes created by the issuance of any (1) Addendum, (2) Bulletin, or (3) Change Order other than the precise meaning that the Contract Documents would have had if the provision thus created had read originally as it reads subsequent to the (1) Addendum, (2) Bulletin, or (3) Change Order by which it was created.
PROCEDURES FOR CONDUCTING NEGOTIATIONS Either party may request negotiations for a successor Agreement by issuing a notice to negotiate to the other party between one hundred twenty (120) and ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement. The State Employment Relations Board will also be notified of the intent to open negotiations at this time. Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of said notice, representatives of the parties shall meet and submit proposals for the successor Agreement. Said proposals shall be comprehensive in nature and no additional issues shall be introduced after the first session without mutual agreement. Subsequent bargaining sessions shall be set at times and dates as are mutually agreed to by the teams. Negotiation teams will be limited to five (5) members each. Both sides may agree to change this size by mutual agreement. Negotiation sessions shall be conducted in executive session; however, this does not prohibit the flow of information to either party’s constituency. The style of bargaining shall be mutually decided by the parties prior to negotiations. Upon request of either bargaining team, a bargaining session may be recessed to permit a caucus. When negotiations are conducted during regular school hours, release time shall be provided for the Association’s bargaining team. (Reference: Article 18) There shall be three (3) signed copies of the final agreement. One (1) copy shall be retained by the Board, one (1) by the Association, and one (1) shall be submitted to the State Employment Relations Board. As tentative agreement is reached on each issue, it shall be so noted and initialed by each party. When consensus is reached covering the areas under discussion, the proposed Agreement shall be reduced to writing as a tentative agreement and submitted to the Association and the Board for approval. Following approval by the Association and Board, a contract shall be entered into by both parties. The Association and the Board agree to abide by the terms of the Agreement. The final Agreement, as adopted by the Board and ratified by the Association, will be printed and presented within thirty (30) days. The cost of such printing, including labor and material shall be borne by the Board In the event an agreement is not reached after forty-five (45) days from the first bargaining session, either of the parties shall have the option of requesting the assistance of a federal mediator under the guidelines of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. In the event that the services of a mediator are called upon, the mediation process will last twenty-one
Compliance with Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies Registry Operator shall comply with and implement all Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies found at <xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/general/consensus-‐policies.htm>, as of the Effective Date and as may in the future be developed and adopted in accordance with the ICANN Bylaws, provided such future Consensus Polices and Temporary Policies are adopted in accordance with the procedure and relate to those topics and subject to those limitations set forth in Specification 1 attached hereto (“Specification 1”).
Overpayment Policies and Procedures Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Xxxxx shall develop and implement written policies and procedures regarding the identification, quantification and repayment of Overpayments received from any Federal health care program.
Rules and Policies In addition to the terms and conditions contained herein, players acknowledge and agree that players shall be bound by and comply with all rules, regulations and policies established by SGM. SGM reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to amend, modify or cancel any of its rules, regulations and policies and/or adopt additional rules, regulations or policies. Any violation of the rules, regulations and policies by a member may result in the termination of the players contact, in SGM’s sole and absolute discretion.
