Report Writing. Any report-writing software contained within the Software may be subject to a restriction such that its use may be limited to accessing only the data that is created by, or used by, the Software.
Report Writing a. The Incident Manager will decide which investigator is responsible for a particular report. OICI Task Force investigators should not write more than one report on an interview or event, regardless of the number of interviews involved. OICI Task Force investigators are responsible for the final report of the Task Force investigation. Prior to submitting a law enforcement (employee) interview report, the interviewed employee should have the opportunity to review the report. All OICI Task Force investigators shall coordinate with the Task Force Manger/Commander to write a final report which documents their participation in the investigation.
b. Prompt completion and distribution of reports is essential. All agencies and investigators will strive for report completion and distribution as soon as possible while ensuring all information is obtained accurately prior to completion.
Report Writing. One month prior to the date the written report is due/requested, an additional non-refundable flat fee of $5,000.00 (Five Thousand Dollars) is required for Phase II. Xx. Xxxxxxxxx will not begin drafting the report until she has received payment in full. A minimum of two weeks is required for drafting. Report Writing. The Cooperator is required to synthesize all field, contextual, and analytical information into a draft and final report detailing the results of the investigations. This report must include detailed mapping of all finds into the Fort Drum GIS with associated data base information entered in electronic form. The report must provide sufficient data for an evaluation of sites’ eligibility in terms of the National Register of Historic Places criteria for eligibility. The Cooperator is required to justify rationale for evaluations with supporting data. Site information provided by the recipient/cooperator is required to include a detailed description of the nature and extent of the cultural resources and a statement of site significance. Should the data support a determination of eligibility, the final report must provide recommendations for data recovery required to prevent loss of information and for protection and stabilization of sites discovered. The Cooperator is required to support ongoing efforts to maintain an up to date cultural resources management plan in close coordination with the Cultural Resources Manager.
Report Writing. County animal control personnel shall prepare a written report of investigations of alleged violations of the Animal Control Ordinance using the A.R.M.S system or other records management system, by written agreement of the parties. Necessary equipment will be provided by the City. The original NTA will be delivered to the City Legal Department at 000 X. Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx within forty-eight (48) hours of issuance of the NTA or completion of the report, whichever is earlier. If this period ends during a weekend or a legal holiday, or at a time when the City Legal Department is not open, the original NTA shall be delivered within four (4) hours of when the City Legal Department reopens. Supplemental reports may be requested by the City and shall be provided within a reasonable time of such request so as to permit the timely processing of the matter. Report Writing. A. The affected agency shall document the critical incident on their standard report form. The involved officer(s) shall not be expected to complete this task.

2. The affected agency will generate a case/incident number to be used on all CIRT documents.

2. Investigators will not destroy any reports, notes or memorandums created during their involvement with the investigation.
3. The lead investigator has the ultimate responsibility for report writing and for collecting reports, notes and memorandums created during the investigation from other investigators and agencies.
4. Prompt completion and distribution of reports is essential.
5. At the conclusion of the investigation the Liaison Officer is responsible for collecting all investigative reports from the lead investigator and ensuring these documents are retained per the affected agency’s policies and procedures.
a. Any and all records created during the investigation are considered property of the affected agency. Therefore, at the conclusion of the investigation, each investigator will ensure all records created have been provided to the lead investigator and will not retain any personal copies.
