Polling. The Parties agree that when a vacancy exists in any classification, Permanent Full Time Employees holding that Permanent classification in another reporting depot, even those in another Limited posting at the time of the vacancy, will be polled in order of seniority to move to the reporting depot containing the vacancy, and the last vacancy created by said polling will subsequently be posted.
