Application of Seniority for Temporary Employment. 9:10(1) The Probationary period will continue as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement from the date of hire as a Probationary Employee. Benefits applications are to be as outlined in Article 24:01(2).

NOTE: Failure to comply with the above will result in Immediate and Effective Discharge. Temporary Employees do not have any seniority or seniority rights while they are Temporary Employees.
