Portability of Personal leave entitlements. 17.3.4(a) Where an employee has previously been employed with an organisation subsidised by Department of Human Services (Victoria) to provide day services for people with a disability and commences employment with the employer a maximum of 20 days of accumulated personal leave shall be credited to such employee by the employer, provided that the employee has not had a break in continuous service of more than six months.
