Accumulated Personal Leave. Two (2) unused personal leave days may be accumulated from year to year with a maximum of four (4) days. The employee will not be compensated for the accumulated personal leave day.
Accumulated Personal Leave. An employee’s accumulated personal leave entitlements are preserved when:
(a) the employee is absent from work on unpaid leave granted by the employer;
(b) the employee is absent from work on paid leave granted by the employer.
(c) the employer or employee terminates the employee’s employment and the employee is re-employed within three months;
Accumulated Personal Leave balances of bargaining unit members shall be transferred to the Cal Maritime, CSU system as of July 1, 1995. Accumulated Personal Leave shall be maintained in a separate leave account and shall not be subject to provision

Personal Leave credits may be used in the same manner as vacation leave credits in accordance with this Article.

Accumulated Personal Leave. An employee’s accumulated personal leave entitlements are preserved when:
(a) the employee is absent from work on unpaid leave granted by the employer;
(b) the employer or employee terminates the employee’s employment and the employee is re- employed within 3 months; or
(c) the employee’s employment is terminated because of illness or injury and the employee is re-employed by the employer without having been employed in the interim. The employee accumulates personal leave entitlements whilst absent from work on paid leave granted by the employer. Personal leave for seasonal employees will accumulate from year to year providing the employee remains in employment at the mill until they are no longer required in one season and they commence in employment when required in the next following season.
Accumulated Personal Leave. All accumulated personal leave must have been used before an individual is eligible for any Sick Leave Bank days.
Accumulated Personal Leave. Unused Personal leave accrued from date of commencement with the company will be paid out on redundancy, to a maximum of 4 weeks’ pay.
