Position Audit Appeals. A bargaining unit member who disagrees with the results of a position audit may appeal the decision. A completed Audit Appeal form must be filed with the Chief Human Resources Officer within thirty (30) days of receipt of notification of the audit results. The Chief Human Resources Officer will forward the appeal request to the Audit Appeal Committee, which will complete its review and provide written notification of its decision to the bargaining unit member within sixty (60) calendar days of the Audit Appeal request. The decision of the Audit Appeal Committee is final and binding; there is no further appeal and the decision is not grievable. The Audit Appeal Committee will consist of one member and an alternate appointed by YSU-APAS, one member and an alternate appointed by the Chief Human Resources Officer, and the Vice President of Finance and Administration or his/her designee. Alternates will not serve as voting members unless replacing an appointee and will not attend meetings unless serving as a substitute for the member. Audit Appeal Committee appointees and alternates will serve for one (1) fiscal year.

  • Inspection & Audit Contractor agrees that the relevant books, records (written, electronic, computer related or otherwise), including, without limitation, relevant accounting procedures and practices of Contractor or its subcontractors, financial statements and supporting documentation, and documentation related to the work product shall be subject, at any reasonable time, to inspection, examination, review, audit, and copying at any office or location of Contractor where such records may be found, with or without notice by the City, and with regard to any federal funding, the relevant federal agency, the Comptroller General, the General Accounting Office, the Office of the Inspector General, or any of their authorized representatives. All subcontracts shall reflect the requirements of this paragraph.

  • OIG INSPECTION, AUDIT, AND REVIEW RIGHTS ‌ In addition to any other rights OIG may have by statute, regulation, or contract, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may conduct interviews, examine or request copies of Xxxxxx’x books, records, and other documents and supporting materials and/or conduct on-site reviews of any of Xxxxxx’x locations for the purpose of verifying and evaluating: (a) Xxxxxx’x compliance with the terms of this IA and (b) Xxxxxx’x compliance with the requirements of the Federal health care programs. The documentation described above shall be made available by Xxxxxx to OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) at all reasonable times for inspection, audit, and/or reproduction. Furthermore, for purposes of this provision, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may interview Xxxxxx and any of Xxxxxx’x employees or contractors who consent to be interviewed at the individual’s place of business during normal business hours or at such other place and time as may be mutually agreed upon between the individual and OIG. Xxxxxx shall assist OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) in contacting and arranging interviews with such individuals upon OIG’s request. Xxxxxx’x employees and contractors may elect to be interviewed with or without a representative of Xxxxxx present.

  • E9 Audit E9.1 The Contractor shall keep and maintain until six (6) years after the end of the Contract Period, or as long a period as may be agreed between the Parties, full and accurate records of the Contract including the Services supplied under it, all expenditure reimbursed by the Authority, and all payments made by the Authority. The Contractor shall on request afford the Authority or the Authority’s representatives such access to those records and processes as may be requested by the Authority in connection with the Contract.

  • Records Retention Audits CENTOCOR, its Affiliates and Sublicensees shall keep for three (3) years from the date of each payment of royalties complete and accurate records of sales by CENTOCOR and its Affiliates and Sublicensees of each Licensed Product in sufficient detail to allow the accruing royalties to be determined accurately. MORPHOSYS shall have the right for a period of three (3) years after receiving any report or statement with respect to royalties due and payable to appoint an independent certified public accountant reasonably acceptable to CENTOCOR to inspect the relevant records of CENTOCOR and its Affiliates and Sublicensees to verify such report or statement. CENTOCOR and its Affiliates and Sublicensees shall each make its records available for inspection by such independent certified public accountant during regular business hours at such place or places where such records are customarily kept, upon reasonable notice from MORPHOSYS, solely to verify the accuracy of the reports and payments. Such inspection right shall not be exercised more than once in any calendar year nor more than once with respect to sales of any Licensed Product in any given payment period. MORPHOSYS agrees to hold in strict confidence all information concerning royalty payments and reports, and all information learned in the course of any audit or inspection, except to the extent necessary for MORPHOSYS to reveal such information in order to enforce its rights under this Agreement or if disclosure is required by law, regulation or judicial order. The results of each inspection, if any, shall be binding on both Parties.   • RECORD RETENTION AND INSPECTION/AUDIT SETTLEMENT The Contractor shall maintain accurate and complete financial records of its activities and operations relating to this Contract in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The Contractor shall also maintain accurate and complete employment and other records relating to its performance of this Contract. The Contractor agrees that the County, or its authorized representatives, shall have access to and the right to examine, audit, excerpt, copy, or transcribe any pertinent transaction, activity, or record relating to this Contract. All such material, including, but not limited to, all financial records, bank statements, cancelled checks or other proof of payment, timecards, sign-in/sign-out sheets and other time and employment records, and proprietary data and information, shall be kept and maintained by the Contractor and shall be made available to the County during the term of this Contract and for a period of five (5) years thereafter unless the County’s written permission is given to dispose of any such material prior to such time. All such material shall be maintained by the Contractor at a location in Los Angeles County, provided that if any such material is located outside Los Angeles County, then, at the County’s option, the Contractor shall pay the County for travel, per diem, and other costs incurred by the County to examine, audit, excerpt, copy, or transcribe such material at such other location.

  • SAO AUDIT A. The state auditor may conduct an audit or investigation of any entity receiving funds from the state directly under the Contract or indirectly through a subcontract under the Contract. The acceptance of funds directly under the Contract or indirectly through a subcontract under the Contract acts as acceptance of the authority of the state auditor, under the direction of the legislative audit committee, to conduct an audit or investigation in connection with those funds. Under the direction of the legislative audit committee, an entity that is the subject of an audit or investigation by the state auditor must provide the state auditor with access to any information the state auditor considers relevant to the investigation or audit.

  • Contract Audits Eligible Purchaser represents and warrants that it shall cooperate with Enterprise Services, the Office of the State Auditor, federal officials, and/or any third party authorized by law or contract, in any audit conducted by such party pertaining to any Contracts that Eligible Purchaser has made purchases from pursuant to this Agreement, including providing records related to any purchases from such Contracts.

  • Independent Audits The Department staff shall review annual independent audits for adherence to generally accepted auditing principles and to the Department’s audit instructions. Incomplete or incorrect audits may be returned to the Grantee for correction.

  • Desk Audits The Department or its designee may monitor compliance of financial records by desk audits. Audits may be supplemented by phone interviews with financial staff in the juvenile probation department, county auditor’s office, and county treasurer’s’ office. Findings will result in a performance rating profile report or a Non - Compliance Citation Report (NCCR). Grantee shall ensure its agents comply with all requests for information during the course of the audit.

  • Periodic Review The General Counsel shall periodically review the Procurement Integrity Procedures with OSC personnel in order to ascertain potential areas of exposure to improper influence and to adopt desirable revisions for more effective avoidance of improper influences.
