Position paper. Based on the inputs provided by the open consultation, EMEG delivered a comprehensive frame of topics and concrete solutions. The outcomes have been substantiated into a position paper which presents the recommendations for the Euro-Mediterranean research agenda (MEDSPRING, 2013). The position paper was presented and discussed with representatives of the EC in a meeting held in Brussels (July, 4, 2013). In this way the main recommendations of the document will contribute to the process of definition of the next Euro-Mediterranean research cooperation in view ofHorizon 2020”. In line with this participative approach, web communities (with a special focus on people involved in the open consultation) have been invited to express their comments/suggestions on the position paper, launching an on-line public debate. The chart below (Figure 4) gives an overview of the whole plan described above. Position paper. The preparation of the first project position paper (white paper or dedicated distribution channel), which will describe the project scope and objectives, has been initiated. The multi- disciplinary nature of PRECIOUS will be described in this paper. Proposed topics for inclusion are: • Overall project vision (to include a diagram) • User requirements • Sensors, ubiquitous networking and semantics • Food intake and analysis • Virtual individual modelling • Motivational interviewing strategies and techniques, and gamification • Socio-economic aspects Platforms for the distribution of this paper are currently being explored. The white paper will be published this year, as indicated in the roadmap. A second project position paper will follow in Y3 of the project.

  • Financing Document This Amendment shall be deemed to be a Financing Document for all purposes.

  • Executive’s Obligations The amounts described in Sections 3.00 and 5.00 of this Agreement are provided by the Company in exchange for (and have a value to the Company equivalent to) the Executive’s performance of the obligations described in this Agreement, including performance of the duties and the covenants made and entered into by and between the Executive and the Company in this Agreement.

  • Valid Obligation Notes issued on the registration of transfer or exchange of Notes will be the valid obligations of the Issuer, evidencing the same debt, and have the same benefits under this Indenture as the Notes surrendered for registration of transfer or exchange.

  • Controlling Document If any provision of any agreement, plan, program, policy, arrangement or other written document between or relating to the Company and the Executive conflicts with any provision of this Agreement, the provision of this Agreement shall control and prevail.

  • Transaction Document This Amendment shall be a Transaction Document for purposes of the Receivables Financing Agreement.

  • Loan Document Status Each related Mortgage Note, Mortgage, Assignment of Leases (if a separate instrument), guaranty and other agreement executed by or on behalf of the related Mortgagor, guarantor or other obligor in connection with such Mortgage Loan is the legal, valid and binding obligation of the related Mortgagor, guarantor or other obligor (subject to any non-recourse provisions contained in any of the foregoing agreements and any applicable state anti-deficiency or market value limit deficiency legislation), as applicable, and is enforceable in accordance with its terms, except as such enforcement may be limited by (i) bankruptcy, insolvency, fraudulent transfer, reorganization, moratorium or other similar laws affecting the enforcement of creditors’ rights generally and (ii) general principles of equity (regardless of whether such enforcement is considered in a proceeding in equity or at law and except that certain provisions in such Mortgage Loan documents (including, without limitation, provisions requiring the payment of default interest, late fees or prepayment/yield maintenance premiums) may be further limited or rendered unenforceable by applicable law, but (subject to the limitations set forth above) such limitations or unenforceability will not render such Mortgage Loan documents invalid as a whole or materially interfere with the mortgagee’s realization of the principal benefits and/or security provided thereby (clauses (i) and (ii) collectively, the “Insolvency Qualifications”). Except as set forth in the immediately preceding sentences, there is no valid offset, defense, counterclaim or right of rescission available to the related Mortgagor with respect to any of the related Mortgage Notes, Mortgages or other Mortgage Loan documents, including, without limitation, any such valid offset, defense, counterclaim or right based on intentional fraud by the Seller in connection with the origination of the Mortgage Loan, that would deny the mortgagee the principal benefits intended to be provided by the Mortgage Note, Mortgage or other Mortgage Loan documents.
