Common use of P.O.S.T. TRAINING Clause in Contracts

P.O.S.T. TRAINING. 29.1 The Employer will provide licensed Employees, as defined by Minnesota statute, with 48 hours of P.O.S.T. Board approved continuing education during each three year licensing renewal period. 29.2 The Employer shall pay each Employee's regular salary while attending such continuing education courses. 29.3 The Employer shall pay the Employee's license fees required by the P.O.S.T. Board up to one hundred fifty ($150.00) dollars.
